Head Coach - Nick Barese

Nick Barese enters his third year of coaching and second year as the pitching coach for the Merrimack College Warriors, having previously served as an assistant coach for his alma mater, Saint Anselm College, where was a standout pitcher from 2005 to 2008. He holds several records for the Saint Anselm Hawks, including wins, earned run average, strikeouts, and innings pitched. Nick also played professionally for Rangers Redipuglia of the Italian Baseball League for two years after college.

Assistant Coach - Kevin Barnaby

Kevin Barnaby is in his first season of coaching as an assistant coach for Fitchburg State University. Kevin serves as hitting and infielders coach for Head Coach Keith Brouillard. For the previous eight summers Barnaby coached the Leominster Legion Program. Last year he served as their head coach leading them to a 26-12 record.

Kevin played collegiate baseball at Worcester State University, advancing to the NCAA Regionals in his sophomore year. Prior to playing for Worcester State, he played four years of varsity baseball for Hall of Fame coach Emile Johnson at Leominster High School.
